The Leadership Development Program curriculum prepares children to become positive leaders by providing spiritual guidance and practical experience to develop decision making, analyzing problems, and creating solutions. Brigade members will put these skills to practical use in the church, school, and the wider community by acting as leaders to younger children, serving as youth representatives on the church council, organizing community service projects, and developing entrepreneurship projects. They will learn how to identify and address needs in the community. During this journey, they will be encouraged to discover and develop their own personal gifts and bring them into their leadership styles. Mentors will help members with professional skills such as writing resumes, polishing interview skills and writing grants.
